For optimal results, we prefer vector artwork. If using raster art, ensure it's at least 300 dpi. Preferred file types include AI, PNG, and PDF.

When uploading your artwork, the system will indicate the printing DPI. It's crucial to maintain at least 300 dpi for the quality you desire. Please verify these details for accuracy.

Any heat press machine is suitable for our transfers. We recommend setting the heat press to 320 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 seconds with medium pressure. You can also use an iron or a Cricut machine for pressing, with varying times and temperatures.

Our transfers have undergone rigorous testing on a variety of garments, including washer and dryer tests. The ink remains steadfast on the transfers, with results showing durability up to 60 wash tests before any degradation.

We utilize a state-of-the-art 24" 4 Head i3200 DTF Printer to ensure the highest quality for our customers. Your satisfaction is our priority—if you're ever unsatisfied, please inform us, and we'll make it right. While reprinting is rare, we stand behind our work and guarantee your satisfaction!

Artwork & Order Policy

Please Note: It is the client's responsibility to ensure all submitted artwork meets quality standards.

Low-resolution or poorly prepared graphics may result in unsatisfactory print quality. We cannot offer refunds or reprints for issues stemming from suboptimal artwork files. Please double check your artwork, if it looks bad on the gang sheet, it will print poorly too, and we don't want that for you!

In the event of a production-related defect caused by our equipment, we will gladly provide a reprint at no charge to you!

Before finalizing your order, please meticulously review your gang sheet for correct colors, sizing, and graphic placement. To maintain our commitment to rapid turnaround times, we do not offer file editing, resizing, or modification services post-submission. DTF Transfer Application Instructions

1-)Preheat the garment for 15 seconds to remove excess moisture.
2-)Place the transfer on the shirt white side down, image facing up.
3-)Press at 320F for 30 seconds under very firm pressure.
4-)Remove the garment from the press and let it stand until it is cool enough to peel. Peeling too early can cause the image or letter to peel up. We like to press and set to the side, going on to the next garment, by the time the next one has finished, you are safe to peel, take your time and you will have an amazing outcome every single time!
