Get a Patch QuoteNo Minimum Order
Order one PVC patch or one thousand. Most patch suppliers make you buy 50 to 100. We do not.
Waterproof and UV-Resistant
PVC holds crisp color and detail outdoors. It will not fray, fade, or soak through like an embroidered patch.
2D and 3D Molds
Flat two-layer patches for clean logos, or raised 3D molds when you want depth and dimension.
Any Backing
Velcro hook, loop, or both, plus iron-on, sew-on, and pin-back. Velcro is the top pick for hats and gear.
What Makes PVC the Right Material for a Patch
PVC stands for polyvinyl chloride. It is a soft, flexible, rubber-like material, and it is the reason a PVC patch looks sharp for years while an embroidered one wears down. The design is molded into the material, not stitched on top of it, so edges stay crisp and small text stays readable. The color is filled by hand to match your artwork.
Because it is molded and sealed, a PVC patch is waterproof and UV-resistant. Rain, sun, sweat, and repeated washing do not fade it or fray it. That is why you see PVC on tactical gear, work gear, and anything that lives outdoors. Threads catch and unravel. A molded patch does not.
PVC handles bold, flat designs best. Clean shapes, defined edges, and solid color separations translate perfectly. Fine gradients and photo-real detail do not, because the mold works in defined layers, not blended tones. If your logo is clean and graphic, PVC will make it look better than any other patch material. If you are not sure your art will work, send it and we will tell you before we make anything.
2D vs 3D, and Picking a Backing
A 2D PVC patch is built in flat layers stacked on top of each other. It reads clean and modern and is the right call for most logos and text. A 3D PVC patch raises parts of the design off the base for depth, good for emblems, badges, and anything that should feel dimensional in the hand. Both use the same durable material. The difference is the mold.
Backing decides how the patch attaches. Velcro is the most popular by far: hook side sewn to the patch, loop side on your hat or bag, so you can swap patches whenever you want. We also do iron-on, sew-on, and pin-back. Not sure which you need? Tell us what it is going on and we will point you the right way.
PVC is one material in a bigger patch lineup. If you want the classic stitched look, ask about embroidered. If you want a softer rubber feel, look at rubber patches. For duty and department work, see police and tactical patches. Everything lives under our custom morale patches lineup.
How It Works
Send Your Design
Upload a PNG, SVG, AI, or PDF. Flat artwork with clean, defined edges molds best. We review every file before tooling and flag anything that will not translate to PVC.
We Mold and Color-Fill
Your design is molded in soft PVC and hand color-filled to match your artwork. 2D for flat layers, 3D when you want raised detail.
Backing and Ship
We attach the backing you chose and ship from Georgia. Most PVC patch orders ship in 3 to 5 business days. Rush is available, ask before ordering.

We work with customers across the metro, including Marietta, Alpharetta, Lawrenceville, Suwanee, and Woodstock. Patches pair well with our custom hats, so a lot of orders are a logo patch plus a run of hats to put it on. Use the form to send your art and we will quote it.

What is PVC and why use it for patches? +
PVC (polyvinyl chloride) is a flexible, rubber-like material that holds crisp detail and color. PVC patches are waterproof, UV-resistant, and more durable than embroidered patches in outdoor and tactical use.
