Ordering & Shipping

Contact UsWhat is your turnaround time? +
Most DTF transfer and sticker orders are ready in 1-2 business days. Patches and custom hats typically take 3-5 business days. Laser engraving varies by project complexity. Need it faster? Contact us before ordering and we will do what we can to hit your deadline.
Is there a minimum order quantity? +
No minimums on anything we make. Order one transfer, one sticker, or one hat. The price per unit is the same whether you order 1 or 1,000, though larger orders get better per-unit pricing.
What file formats do you accept? +
PNG with a transparent background is preferred for most orders. We also accept SVG, AI, PDF, and PSD files. For DTF and stickers, 300 DPI or higher at print size gives the sharpest results. Not sure about your file? Send it anyway and we will check it before we print.
Do you check files before printing? +
Yes. Every file is reviewed before it goes into production. If we spot a resolution issue, color problem, or anything else that might affect the final product, we will reach out before running your job.
Do you ship nationwide? +
Yes. We ship via USPS and UPS to anywhere in the country. Tracking is sent automatically once your order ships. If you are near Atlanta, local pickup is also available. Contact us to arrange it.
What if my order comes out wrong? +
If we made the error, we reprint it at no cost. Full stop. We stand behind every order we ship.
DTF & Gang Sheets
Transfer Questions
Still have a question? We are a real shop with real people. Reach out and we will get back to you fast.
Contact UsWhat is a gang sheet? +
A gang sheet is a single large transfer sheet with multiple designs packed onto it. Instead of ordering individual transfers at higher per-unit cost, you fill one sheet with as many designs as will fit and pay for the sheet size. It is the most cost-effective way to order DTF transfers, especially for small businesses and decorators who need a variety of designs.
How do I apply a DTF transfer? +
Set your heat press to 320-330 degrees Fahrenheit. Press for 10-15 seconds with firm, even pressure. Peel the film while it is still hot. For best adhesion, press again through parchment paper for 5 seconds after peeling. Let the garment cool before wearing or washing.
What fabrics work with DTF transfers? +
DTF works on cotton, polyester, poly-cotton blends, nylon, leather, denim, and most common apparel fabrics. It does not adhere well to waterproof or silicone-coated materials. If you are unsure about your fabric, contact us and we can advise.
How durable are DTF transfers? +
DTF transfers are wash-durable for the life of the garment with proper care. Wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low. Avoid bleach and high-heat drying. Treated correctly, they hold up as well as screen printing.
Custom Hats
Hat Questions
Still have a question? We are a real shop with real people. Reach out and we will get back to you fast.
Contact UsWhat hat styles do you offer? +
We carry the Richardson 112 trucker hat and structured caps. Contact us for the full current selection, colorways, and available sizes. We can also source specific styles for larger orders.
What decoration methods are available for hats? +
We offer four decoration options: DTF print directly on the hat, laser-engraved leather patch, embroidery, and sewn-on PVC patch. Each method produces a different look and feel. Not sure which is right for your project? Contact us and we will help you decide.
Can I see a mockup before you make my hat? +
Yes. We send a digital mockup for your approval before any hat goes into production. No hat gets made until you sign off on it.

Engraving Questions
Still have a question? We are a real shop with real people. Reach out and we will get back to you fast.
Contact UsWhat materials can you engrave? +
We engrave acrylic, leather, wood, MDF, bamboo, slate, anodized aluminum, and most coated metals. If you have a material you are not sure about, contact us and we will let you know if it will work.
Can you engrave YETI or Stanley tumblers? +
Yes. Powder-coated and anodized tumblers engrave well and produce a clean, permanent result. We handle YETI, Stanley, and most similar drinkware. Contact us with the tumbler brand and your design to get a quote.
Can you engrave my logo? +
Yes. Send your logo as a PNG, SVG, or AI file. High-contrast designs with clean edges engrave best. If your file needs adjustment for engraving, we will let you know before we start. Contact us to submit your artwork and get a quote.
